ICAgile Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF)

This workshop aims to equip participants with the skills and mindset to facilitate effective and engaging meetings and agile practices in their teams. Participants will learn how to apply the principles and values of agile facilitation, design and conduct facilitated sessions for different purposes and contexts, and use various tools and techniques to enhance collaboration and communication among team members. The course combined with Agile Coaching course is another step in obtaining Expert level in Agile Coaching. You will obtain ICP-ATF certification after course completion
The training is intended for experienced Agile professionals. A minimum of one year of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach or practical involvement in Agile principles is preferred.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explain the role and responsibilities of an agile team facilitator
- Apply the agile facilitation mindset and principles to various situations
- Design and prepare for facilitated sessions that meet the needs and objectives of the team and stakeholders
- Use appropriate facilitation methods and techniques to guide the team through the agile process and practices
- Handle common challenges and conflicts that arise during facilitated sessions
- Reflect on their own facilitation skills and identify areas for improvement

ICP-ATF training participants should know the basics of Agile, including the Agile Manifesto, and become familiar with the Scrum Guide before the training.
