PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner - accredited training with exam

The training is addressed to people who already have PRINCE2® certification at the Foundation level, responsible for launching, implementing and supervising the course of projects (regardless of the industry) who want to supplement their competences so that they can use the PRINCE2® methodology in an agile way.

The aim of the training is to familiarize students with knowledge in the field of project management based on the PRINCE2 Agile® methodology. The knowledge gained during the training will allow current project managers who know and apply the PRINCE2® method to use it in an agile way. PRINCE2 Agile® is an innovative approach to project management that helps people to work together more effectively to achieve business goals.

 Ends with the Practitioner exam, the opinion of which confirms internationally recognized qualifications in the application of best practices in managing any project – regardless of its size, scale or industry. The PRINCE2 Agile® certificate proves a broad understanding of the philosophy of agile management and the ability to combine it with the PRINCE2® methodology.

It is required that the training participants have one of the following certificates:

• PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation,
• PRINCE2® Foundation,
• PRINCE2® Practitioner,
• IPMA level D (lub wyższy),
• PMP,
• CAPM.

An authorised PRINCE2 Agile  handbook is obligatory at the training.

The handbook is not included in standard materials, you may purchase it in Polish or English language version.

At least passive knowledge of English is recommended.

The participants receive vouchers, which are valid for 6 months, for online exam.

Having completed the training, the participant receives an e-mail with guidelines how to register on the exam. The date is determined directly with  PeopleCert, with the use of participant’s account.

Online exam is conducted in the presence of proctor – a person from PeopleCert, who connects remotely with training participant’s desktop and observes the course of exam via Internet camera.

The person who takes the exam is obliged to show the place where he is going to write the exam to proctor via Internet camera. Proctor checks if there are not any other persons and study aids in the room.
